NASA was trying to launch there rocket in to space but a thrust vector had failed and they delayed  it trip to space and are trying to figure out what is wrong with it. The trust vector s are what steer the ship in to space it probably failed because it was a recycled rocket use to help the economic environment because creating rockets took a lot of resources.
